Ultra Marathon - Confessions

Gareth sent me a book which I read without putting down called Ultra Marathon - Confessions of an all-night runner by Dean Karnazes.

He runs 100 mile Marathons!

This guy is crazy! It is such a great read. You really get inside the mind of a person who doesn't know how to give up. It was so inspiring I thought about running to the shop and back! Long runs are not for me, but you do learn a lot of life lessons from this book. You can't help but feel the need to try better in life after reading this.
